Preparing items for storage
Items going into storage should be clean, dry and well packed. Fridges and freezers need defrosting and drying, and anything you may need during storage is best kept separate and labelled. We will talk through this at your survey and can do the packing for you.

Yes. Many clients move essentials into a rental and store the rest. We will plan the split with you at the survey.
How long can I store for?+
Storage can be short or long term. Let us know your expected dates and we will include storage in your quote.
Can you store items between two completion dates?+
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons clients use our storage. We collect on one date and deliver on the next.
Do you pack items going into storage?+
We can. Well-packed items store better, and our packing service is available for all or part of your belongings.
Can I get to my things while they are in storage?+
Tell us at your survey if you may need items during storage. We will plan how things are packed and labelled with that in mind.
Is storage priced separately from the move?+

What should not go into storage?+
Perishable food, plants, flammable items and anything damp. Keep valuables such as jewellery and important documents with you.
